We have classes available for children and adults. All classes are taught by our staff of quality and knowledgeable Black Belt instructors and their assistants. We even have a Pee-Wee program for the younger ones, ages 4 & 5.
With classes available six days a week, you can train as often as you like. For the children there is a beginner, intermediate, and advance class. We have a Junior/Adult class in which the teenagers and adults train together. To start you off, you will be given two private lessons to teach you some basic techniques before you go to class.
As students, children develop agility, grace coordination and a positive self-image. In addition, training is a great way for children to increase their attention span. As their skill increases, so does a child’s self confidence. The discipline they learn in class can relate to other things besides martial arts.
Adults can benefit in two important ways: becoming physically fit and mastering self-defense techniques. Each technique learned in class exercises some part of the body. As you practice each movement, you get an overall aerobic workout while learning to defend yourself.
